Standard Open Listing Agreement

I hereby authorize Ruby Yachts/YachtWorldNet and its Broker(s) to list the following boat for sale, which I maintain the right to sell directly, on an Open Listing basis.

I acknowledge that I do not presently have a Central Listing Agreement active with another broker, nor will I activate such during the term of this agreement. I retain the right to sell the vessel privately, or through other brokerage houses on an Open Listing basis. I understand that the Open Listing Commission Rate is 10% of the Contract Selling Price. The term of this agreement is perpetual until cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice.
